About this service
France Study Navigator provides educational information, an ebook, and paid consultation sessions for people exploring study in France.
Educational guidance only
Our content and consultations provide general educational guidance. They are not legal, immigration, financial, academic, or professional advice. We do not guarantee admission, a scholarship, a visa, employment, or any other result. Universities and French authorities make their own decisions.
Requirements, fees, deadlines, and immigration rules can change. You are responsible for checking current requirements with the relevant official institution.
Consultation bookings
A consultation is confirmed after payment and confirmation of an appointment time. You must provide accurate information. The Clarity Q&A Call is a 30-minute online introductory session with an introduction, questions and answers, and practical next-step guidance. It does not include full document preparation, unlimited messaging, or a guaranteed outcome.
Rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds
You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice. A cancellation made at least 24 hours before the appointment may receive a refund of the consultation fee, less any non-refundable payment-processing charge. Late cancellations and missed appointments are not refundable. If we must cancel, we will offer a new appointment or a refund.
Ebook purchases
Ebook purchases are processed through the checkout provider shown on the website. Delivery, payment, and refund terms may also be governed by that provider’s terms. Contact us promptly if you have a delivery or access problem.
Intellectual property
The website, ebook, text, design, and other materials belong to France Study Navigator or their respective rights holders. Purchased materials are for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share them publicly without written permission.
